Orders

How do I know my order was received?

After checkout, Shopify sends an order confirmation to the email supplied with the order. If you do not see it, check your spam folder and then contact us with the name used at checkout.

Can I change or cancel an order?

Email us as soon as possible. We will try to help before fulfillment begins, but changes and cancellations cannot be guaranteed after an order enters processing.

Shipping

Where do you ship?

We ship to the United States, Canada, and other destinations available at checkout. Rates and eligibility depend on the order value and destination.

When will tracking be available?

Tracking is emailed when the carrier information is created. It can take additional time for the first scan to appear.

Returns and products

How do I start a return?

Email us within 30 days after delivery. Do not send an item before receiving return instructions.

What if an item arrives damaged or incorrect?

Contact us promptly with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. We will review the issue and provide an appropriate resolution.
