30-day return request period

You may request a return within 30 days after confirmed delivery. Contact us before sending anything. Returns sent without authorization may not be accepted.

Eligibility

To qualify, an item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned with its original components and packaging. Proof of purchase is required. Items showing misuse, accidental damage, unauthorized modification, or ordinary wear are not eligible.

Before returning any item, please contact our customer service team at service@avynerox.com to confirm the correct return address and receive return instructions. Do not send any item back without prior approval. Unauthorized returns, including items sent directly to the address below, may be refused.

Non-returnable items

Final-sale items, gift cards, personalized goods, and products identified as non-returnable on the product page cannot be returned except where applicable law requires otherwise. For hygiene reasons, opened personal-care or intimate-use items are not eligible.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

Inspect your order promptly. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, email us with the order number and clear photos. After review, we may offer replacement parts, a replacement item, store credit, or a refund as appropriate.

Return shipping

For approved preference-based returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping and any loss in transit. If we confirm that an item was damaged, defective, or incorrectly sent, we will provide a suitable remedy and instructions. Original shipping charges are not refundable unless required by law or the return results from our error.

Refund timing

Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected. Bank processing times vary and are outside our control. We will notify you if a deduction is required because an item was returned incomplete or in a materially changed condition.

Exchanges and cancellations

The fastest way to obtain a different item is to complete an approved return and place a new order. Cancellation requests must be submitted promptly and cannot be guaranteed after fulfillment begins.
